Wellness Recovery Action Plan

You are the expert on yourself. This 12 week, group course helps you to discover who you are. What makes you happy & positive, and what makes you angry & tired. Together we all work through our WRAPs and create what I like to call “our own personal instruction manual” so we can be happy & in control human beings.

Peer Support Groups

We host safe & confidential groups both face to face & on the Zoom online platform. It’s a non-judgemental & nourishing environment where “normal” people help + support “normal” people.

Tuesday 5-9pm Safer Space drop in at Central Hall Keighley, Alice St, BD21 3JD

Tuesday 7-9pm Airemen Peer Support Group at Central Hall Keighley, Alice St, BD21 3JD and on Zoom

Wednesday’s on Zoom 7-9pm Evening peer support group

Thursday 12-2.30pm Craven Craft and Mosaic social group 12-2.30pm at Sutton Cricket Club, BD20 7AJ

Thursday 6-7pm Yoga with Emma at Airedale Enterprise Services, Sunderland St, BD21 5LE

Friday 10-12 A Crafty Chat social group at Central Hall Keighley, Alice St, BD21 3JD

Friday 12.30-2.30pm That Friday Feeling Peer Support Group at Central Hall Keighley, Alice St, BD21 3JD

Friday 4-5.30pm Little Peace’s Groups (8-10’s & 11-13’s) for young people with autism, adhd, sensory issues and anxiety. This runs in 6 week blocks, please contact us for dates and to book a place

Toucan Event

The Toucan Day is all about promoting positive mental health & wellbeing. By bringing the community together we can share our experiences and help support each other. We can highlight the uniqueness of everybody and hopefully reduce the stigma of mental health difficulties.

Learn to Meditate Day

The Learn to Meditate Day as an introduction to meditation. It covers what is meditation, what are the benefits, the different types and how to sit. You will get to experience several different types of meditation on the day. The day is 10-4pm and is run on Zoom. The course is £45 per person but we do offer one free community place each course. Contact us for more information and to book your place.

The one day course, runs around every 6 weeks

Reiki Sessions

Reiki sessions are currently run online on the online platform Zoom. They are an opportunity to receive Holy Fire Reiki healing one to one. Sessions are 30/40minutes or an hour and start at £20. Contact us to book your session.

Missing Peace Picnic

Love a picnic and a get together? Missing Peace Picnics are a chance for us to get together, socialise, chat, have fun and maybe even a game of rounders! We hope to be able to bring these back for Summer 2021, if guidelines allow!

Level I & Level II Holy Fire Reiki Training

We offer level I and level II Holy Fire Reiki Training Courses on Zoom. Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was developed three years ago. It provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. The training courses are 1 day each level (9.30 -17.00) and  £75 per person per level (£150 for both levels).
